But First, Coffee

Caffeine Rush

I’ve never been a morning person.

It’s not that I don’t love the sunrise or that I don’t enjoy drinking coffee in front of my window every morning. Getting up at 6 am to write an article about why you should drink coffee before 8 am doesn’t come naturally to me. Then again, it may come naturally since I do it every day and have done so for years now, yet here we are at my desk at 7 am with a cup of coffee and no idea how to form this article. LOL! So let’s start with this: there are tons of reasons why you should drink coffee before 8 am — some good ones and some bad ones — but on balance, they’re probably worth it if only because they’ll help get your mind off the fact that you have no idea how to start this article and also because when dealing with life challenges like these or any challenges, sometimes what’s needed most is a little perspective.

The point of the design is to illustrate that everyone in the world needs coffee to get through the day.

The point of the design is to illustrate that everyone in the world needs coffee to get through the day. The design shows a woman in her sleepwear holding a cup of coffee in one hand. It’s not breakfast time yet, but she has already had her morning dose of caffeine!

The phrase “but first, coffee” has become synonymous with waking up early for work, school, or other tasks. You need your cup of joe before anything else, even if it’s just five minutes before heading out the door!

There are many ways to get coffee, from a fancy latte to a simple cup of Folgers. The effects of caffeine are different for everyone, but it’s generally agreed upon that caffeine is a stimulant that enhances the nervous system and stimulates the brain.

Caffeine affects everyone differently based on their body size, weight, age, and overall health, and yes, gender matters too! Caffeine is also known as a diuretic. It makes you pee more, so if you’re looking for something with less impact on your bladder, try decaf options like these here!

While we don’t advocate using any drugs here at But First Coffee except maybe Advil, we think it’s essential to educate ourselves about all kinds of substances out there so we can make informed decisions about how best not just ourselves but also our community around us too.

But first, we need to make sure you have your caffeine fix!

You’ve heard it before: coffee is a necessity.

But what if we told you, it’s good for your health and can help you through the day? And that it also tastes good? We all know how fantastic coffee tastes!

So, what are you waiting for? Get some of our delicious hot brews and take over the world!

A cup of coffee can make you feel better.

The first thing you need to know about coffee is that it’s a stimulant. This means that your body responds to it in the same way it would react to other stimulants like caffeine, cocaine, or amphetamines. Coffee will make you feel more awake and alert and sometimes help with focus and concentration.

The effects of caffeine on the human body are well documented. Caffeine is an adenosine antagonist, meaning that when consumed by humans or any animal, it blocks adenosine receptors in our brain cells which causes us to feel alert instead of tired. This helps explain why drinking coffee can boost energy throughout the day!

As the famous saying goes: But first, #coffee. :)

You know that feeling when you wake up and have no idea what’s going on? That’s because your body is low on caffeine and dopamine. If only there were some ways to get coffee before making all those important life decisions! Well, thank goodness we live in 2023, where anything is possible!

Thanks for taking the time to read. I’d like to hear your perspective.
