Our resilience is tested again and again. Through traumatic experiences, Through tragic events. To make us stronger.

Expectations from loved ones make us vulnerable. Exposure to unfamiliar circumstances makes us susceptible to adversity. Eagerness to please others makes us insecure. No one should be given the authority to break us.

Actions of others can do some damage. Leading to emotional or mental abuse. Life can also throw us some curveballs. Hasty decisions land into big problems.

Time heals everything that might be true. Some of us have such deep wounds that that only death can heal. Most of us can repair our emotional and mental state of mind. Some of us might remain broken but beautiful.
