Save gas fees by bridging your ETH from one different network to BLAST using Rhino.fi
Last week, I talked about the various ways you can earn points (for BLAST airdrops eligibility) by interacting with BLAST dApps. At the moment, there is no way you can buy ETH-Blast on the market. Instead, you have to bridge your existing ETH to the BLAST network.
Now, you can make use the Brigde and Earn option provided by the website but you the gas fees for the bridge may not be favorable. For example, a brigde of 0.003 ETH will set your back by 20–30 dollars.
Wait! There is a better and an economical option. Using another L2 bridge dApps call Rhino.fi. I have talked about this L2 Bridge in my previous article. They are currently offering competitive fees (very low fees, possibly 0 fees at times) for bridging your ETH to BLAST.
How to bridge ETH (from other network) to ETH (to BLAST)
- Launched the bridge application from Rhino.fi
- Select from network with currency ETH.
3. In this example, I am transferring my ETH from Arbitrum network to Blast network. Based on my previous bridge activities, using Arbitrum network has lower fees compare to using Ethereum network.
Once you have confirmed on the fees, the dApps will initiate the brigde and ultimately your ETH will be sent to Blast network.
You can verify this by login onto your Blast of the bridged ETH.
4. Now you have ETH in your Blast network, you can start to interact with Blast dApps listed on the website. For example, you can swap the ETH to USDB and then park your USDB to the pool to start earning points.
For example, you can launched the DEX from Ring Exchange to swap the ETH to USDB.

5. Now that you have the USDB, you can supply it to the pool to earn rewards and Blast points. To supply your USDB, you can launch the Orbit dApps.
6. YOu can now brigde more ETH and interacts with various dApps on Blast ecosystem to earn more points. The more points you have collected, the more airdrops you will receive (potentially).
