A Poem for Each Breath

I’m Here, I’m Awake And Feeling My Breaths;

I Take Deep Breaths In And Deeper Breaths Out, Its Like Me And My Body Playing A Constant Symphony;

My Mind In Conversation With The Universe, Starts Connecting Words with Breaths I Take, And I Feel Them Permeating My Body As Forms Of Energies & Moving Out In Similar Forms As I Breathe Out;

I Breathe In Compassion For Me & Breathe Out Compassion For You, I Breathe In Positive Energy For Me And Breathe Out Positivity For You, I Breathe In Gratitude For Me And Breathe Out Gratitude For You, And So The Blessings, Happiness, And Positivity I Attract For Myself, I Suffuse You with Them Too ;

With Each Breath Felt, I Feel A Mystical Power Within And A Deeper Connection To The Universe, Giving The Anxious And Angry Part Inside Me a Serene Form ;

I’m Happy, I’m Grateful, I’m Calm;

With A New Born Appreciation For Life As I Feel Each Breath… Taking A Special Form.
