Breathing With Earth On The Roof Of Our World
Tibet offered many surprises. A morning experience of sacred geometry was an unexpected gift and became a treasured memory

Eight of us decided to brave the down-to-your-bones, night freeze in close to 16,000 ft. altitude at Drak Yerpa, Tibet. Our group was the first time Chinese officials had granted foreigners permission to camp at a monastery. There was no way I was going to miss this rare opportunity.
The year was 2004. The railroad from Beijing to Lhasa was yet to be completed. Once it was, Chinese immigrants would flood in and overwhelm the Tibetan population, already suffering deeply from cultural genocide.
We were given tents and ground insulation. The rest was up to us. Members of our group staying behind at Lhasa gave us their supplies. I had two high-altitude sleeping bags. I was a trekker with years of experience in all climates. I thought two bags were overkill. They weren’t.
We gathered around a yak dung fire as the sun dropped behind the Himalayas, replaced by a crescent moon in the cloud-free sky. It didn’t take long before our fireside conversation tapered down as the stars emerged and blew our minds.
Dancing starlight of dazzling purity. No ambient light, combined with high altitude, unveiled what is always present but often masked by pollution in our atmosphere.
Shooting stars in all directions. Twinkling with diamond brilliance so profuse we could easily navigate in the night.
We lay on the frozen ground and stared into the heavens. “Do you hear the music of the spheres?” I whispered to my companions. Yes, they did. We were on a Sound Healing journey and our ears were attuned to the most subtle of signals.
Even with the warmth the fire produced and layers of clothing, we could no longer bear the intense cold working its way into our cores and reluctantly slipped off to our tents.

I stuffed one sleeping bag inside another, which had two ground covers, foot warmers inside wool socks and hand warmers inside wool mittens. I still felt cold but managed to drift off. When I woke in the morning the 2-quart water bottle beside me was frozen solid.
I unzipped my bags and was immediately blasted by frigidity in the early dawn. Hastily donning every article of clothing in sight, I emerged from the tent hoping I would see a fire and could start brewing coffee.
No such luck. Fellow campers exhausted by their night search for warmth were bombed out and snoring loudly. I wondered if they would wake the nearby monks in the monastery.
I had two options. Get back in the tent and bags or start moving. I was wide awake so I chose movement and began striding vigorously into an upper valley leading away from the monastery.
Tibet was my spiritual homeland on Earth. I had intuitively known this for years before I touched down on its soil. Driving into Lhasa, my body pulsed with waves of intense energy. I couldn’t temper nor did I want to, the flood of deep, joyful emotions.
Our Tibetan driver took one look at me sitting in the passenger seat and reached for my hand. We both chanted ‘Om mani padme hum’, “The jewel is in the lotus” the rest of the way. My body knew I had returned home.
As I walked in the early light the same sensations began happening. My body morphed into a tuning fork. Slumbering memories surfaced I didn’t know I was harboring. My heart blossomed open and led the way.
I had been here before but not in this life.
I glanced up at the high cliffs lining the valley. Pondering if they were home to nuns but I saw no sign of life. Turning my attention back to the ground, I continued walking until arriving at a narrow canyon filled with massive granite boulders.
They drew me in like a magnet. My body lightly danced a braided path between them. The sun had fully risen and the air was finally warming when I drew to a halt in front of the biggest boulder I could possibly imagine.
I heard one short sentence. “Come, lay your body down.” I had entered a telepathic state and was in communion with the elements and all of nature. I followed the message and lay down on the rock, warmed by the sun’s penetration.
Once prone, I stared into the deep blue sky of a vast and infinite space. It was a vibrant turquoise, my favorite color. I became entranced by its shimmering glow.
The profound silence was a sound in itself.
The boulder and I became One. A sound emerged I had never heard before.
I didn't question. I listened.
It was breath! I was hearing Earth breathe.
Awe flooded my senses. Sun rays penetrated my body, the boulder and Earth. I entered a rhythm I had not consciously felt before. Earth’s heartbeat.
Energy was now streaming from the core of Earth. Using my body as a conduit to the life-giving force beaming down from the Sun.
I pulsed with the ebb and flow of breath between these two life sources. I entered an ecstatic state of divine communion with ALL THAT IS.
AS ABOVE SO BELOW
I was connecting to quantum reality, governed by geo-magnetics between two celestial bodies and my Human Being. My solar batteries were being charged.
I felt and knew when the transmission was done and sat upright, feeling reborn as a child birth through the stars.

Body intelligence and knowing led the way back to camp as I effortlessly skimmed the ground.
I was happy to smell the welcoming aroma of coffee. Everyone had been stirring for a while and was becoming concerned about my absence.
They were relieved when I appeared on the trail. They also noticed I was in an altered state. Two people came up and hugged me, drawing back in exclamation. “You’re so hot!” I was. The heat was radiating from my core even though I had ripped off two outer layers walking back.
Years later I tried to cogitate what brought about this novel transmission. I discovered the core of our Earth is 9,392 degrees Fahrenheit and the surface of our Sun is close to 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit. This is close to an inner-outer match between our two life sources.
A form of self-initiation had taken place that morning. Cosmic intelligence activated a conduit between Earth’s core and the Sun’s rays. My body became a frequency match and receptor for the exchange of their energies.
My eyes were open the entire time. Vision is another conductor of Light and I was taking in an extraordinary amount.
More of us are awakening to the mysteries in our Earth and the vibrational fields emitting from the stars in our Universe.
There are power spots for all of us on our planet. Junctures along invisible, ley lines in the Earth open and operate as gateways to greater connection. Similar to stimulating acupuncture meridians in our bodies.
The frequency in my body matched the vibrations emitting from Earth’s core in that very spot. This is one-way sacred geometry unfolds and ancient civilizations were very tuned into it.
Shamans and mystics created sacred sites to honor areas where energy converged. They used them as portals for direct communication with the heavens, as well as the goddesses and gods they worshipped during equinoxes and solstices.

What happened to me can happen to each one of us. Use your body as a dowsing rod. You will instinctively feel when an area is beneficial and has something to teach you.
Earth is a sentient, breathing Being. So is our Sun.
They transmit life to each other and we receive their energy to sustain our forms.
Be kind to Earth. She is our mother and has been generous with her endless offerings. She is waiting for you to discover her gifts.
Place your bare feet upon the ground and open your heart to her wisdom.
So It Begins 💚🌎↔🪷🧘🏻🪷↔🌞💚
