Breakfast casserole
Add hash browns or frozen tater tots to your omelet mix and bake

To make this mouthwatering dish, mix your favorite omelet ingredients in a bowl. It could be whatever you like or have on hand, such as diced ham, bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, and more! mushrooms,
Tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, or whatever veggies you want.
Sautee, then add to your eggs.
Once your ingredients are mixed together, pour them into a greased baking dish. Then sprinkle the hash browns or tater tots on top of the mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25–30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the hash browns/tater tots are golden brown.
