It reminds me of people who say content creation is dead, while they’re… wait for it…creating content!

So let’s take a look at 3 article ideas pronounced “boring and dead” that still bring in the prospects and profits for you. And always will…

How to: Explain how to something in 3–5 steps. You’ll dramatically increase the response by just adding “How to” to your email subject lines, content titles, and product titles. Not a bad return on investment for just 2 words.

Listicles: “The Top 10 Ways to” * “3 Secrets to” * “The 7 Best…” pull in the traffic because people know they can consume your content in small chunks. Listicles are very easily repurposed, either as a whole or each part.

3 Mistakes: Want your content consumed? Name 3 mistakes on a niche topic. For each of the 3 mistakes also name what to do instead.

Others will think:

“I don’t even know what the mistakes are. I better read this!”

And they’re consuming your content.
