But tastes just as good!

Soft slices of bread are adorned

With the flavorful green spread.

Chopped tomatoes, crispy cucumbers

With onions are laid on this bed.

Their texture and tastes combined

Bring wonderful variety.

Tender boiled potato pieces layered atop

To offer warmth and satiety
