All the smokers here are either German or French. Canadian smokers are either too broke or too dead to travel. Panamanians don’t smoke…tobacco.

I love the 45-minute water taxi ride to Chiriqui Grande. Everybody was quiet and still, minding their biz, with lots of ventilation to carry away my farts, and lots of noise to cover the rumble.

Bus ride from Chiriqui Grande to David, WTAF? About 7 more passengers than seats…… But $6 is $6! And the drive over the mountains was memorable.

Air Panama pilots just DGAF! I’m quite impressed.
