In the world of publishing, it is essential to be heard. We want to ensure that our readers are reading and feeling something.
Blue Insights is an online publication with a mission to create a world where everyone deserves to be heard, and we are all vital to this publication.
Our life’s philosophy is the driving force behind our work and how we interact with the world. The world needs to be ignited with love and creativity to be a better place for everyone.
We welcome all content types — fiction, non-fiction, poetry etc. We have a wide range of topics covered under different genres, which you can explore. The publication is looking for submissions from writers who can provide creative, fresh and innovative content on love, relationships, self-love and spark plugs to ignite our virtual humanity.
We understand that you might have questions about what you should and shouldn’t do when submitting your work. That is why for 2023, we have updated our publication’s submission guidelines based on our writers’ most common questions.
The 2023 guidelines for Blue Insights submissions are as follows:
1) Submit your contributions as drafts:
a) If you submit prior published articles from other publications, adjust the topic tags.
b) Note the date of its initial publication will remain.
2) Limit of 2 publications per writer per day for regular publications.
3) Include high-resolution images and always indicate their source, even if it comes from a public photo site or if you are the artist:
a) Include a source for any work you are quoting or referencing.
4) Styles are open to poetry, novels, fiction, non-fiction, biography, and short story.
5) Blue Insights is open to various subjects. Still, we reserve the right to decline submissions that do not fit our publication’s style and any disrespectful contributions or angry and hateful views.
6) Write on subjects revolving around our publication’s themes. Tag your publications to accelerate the editors’ processing work:
‘Blue Insights’ tag is mandatory in all your contributions
7) Learn to optimize Medium’s ‘TAGS,’ which will offer writers increased visibility upon the entire platform. Hence, your followers will find you within every publication of your writing. Therefore, your contributions will have a higher chance of being discovered and read.
a) Our main sub-sections based to use the following tags: Mental health, Dreams, Positive thinking, Positive attitude, Sex, Creativity, Art, Photography, Truth, Society, Racism, Black Lives Matter, Black History Month, Fathers, Mothers, Humanity, Heroes, World, and Travel
b) Any other subjects are accepted, but if any tags correspond to our primary or sub-sections, your contributions will become more easily accessible and less lost within the entire Medium platform.
8) Our editors can decline any contributions if the submitted content does not fit our publication’s themes by leaving the reason in a private note.
9) Additional attention, if needed, will be detailed through private notes.
10) Blue Insights has the right to edit all submitted articles.
a) Writers, please note that if you modify your contribution after its edition and publication, based on the changes, our editors can remove your contribution from the magazine, and you will lose your writer status for our publication. Blue Insights needs to respect its publication integrity.
11) Please respect the punctuation within verses and paragraphs.
12) Please use proper capitalization for your title:
b) Format your subtitles with Medium’s small T
13) You can verify how attractive your title and subtitle are using the Sharethrough Native Ad Headline Analyzer
14) Support your fellow Blue Insights writers with online love by clapping and highlighting.
15) New writers can join by using the New Writer fill-in form link to ask to be part of Blue Insights:
a) Please be patient; we are fast, but unfortunately, never as fast as you wish to be added as a new writer.
b) The completed forms are compiled and processed the last week of every month.

Blue Insights is a place for every writer to create. We are fed back on their publication submission guidelines, which should be followed to ensure that our writers have the best chance of getting published after following the instructions.
A publication project is your second opportunity to get noticed by an editor or a publisher on the Medium platform. It might not work every time, or you might not get as many claps as you had wished for; but if you keep doing it, someone will notice, and that person might help your growth. With practice and confidence with feedback, know that your writing skills will improve!

Blue Insights has grown; we are starting 2023 with an extraordinary 7800 followers, readers and talented writers who help us flourish in this cybernetic space into a community daring to share the love.
It has been an incredible journey. We are proud to have an ongoing, never-ending demand from new writers who want to join our vast, open community and a safe place for new voices.
We believe that everyone deserves to be heard, which is why we focus on publishing a diverse range of voices worldwide.
We push each writer to create emotions and spark plugs to ignite that sense of humanity in you as someone reading their work from across the globe. You will develop compassion by entering into their lives for less than 30 minutes per day, or however long it takes to read their articles with mindful, open spirit and attention.
This is a call to all writers to keep on sharing their love for writing.
