Ling is the Founder & CEO of TBCASoft, Inc., the leading cross-carrier blockchain technology company based in Silicon Valley, California.

In Sep 2017, TBCASoft and SoftBank launched the Carrier Blockchain Study Group (CBSG) Consortium with a plan to build the cross-carrier blockchain platform with global telecom operators.
