Living Like a Blind

Are you sure you actually saw it?

“Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living and above all, those who live without love.”

Today, I write about what I feel.

Blindness. Yes, blindness. I met a blind citizen, I thought about the difficulty he had while walking on the road and what he was going through by looking at him.

I said he doesn’t see this crowd. I wonder if he can feel the stress of this crowd because he doesn’t see it?

For example, his lover or wife, even if he says how beautiful you are when you dress well, is it still in him that he does not know what the other person looks like?

Then I stopped. I looked around for a long time.

I’ve seen no one walk past without noticing him that much. Because he was walking slowly, I saw those who sighed and passed in front of him.

I feel good that he doesn’t see you, I told them with pity.

And what I realized was very painful. Because we were the ones who were blind and did not see the beauties we passed by every day.

For example you. Do you look up at the sky on your way to work in the morning? Or do you say hello to the bird, cat, flower you pass and smile?

Sometimes we feel sorry for so much useless things without knowing the value of the things given to us.

Dear blind man; I learned a lot today thanks to you. In fact, we created the actual darkness ourselves.

In fact, we were ignoring everything and throwing ourselves into the dark. I’m sure he has a world full of colorful flowers, even though his eyes can’t see.

My dear reader. Today, soon, tomorrow. Whatever time of day you are reading this, get up and look out your window. Look at the sky as if you are looking at it for the last time. Take a picture of it in your mind. Be happy with the beautiful things you see on the way. When you see an animal, talk, say hello.

Because we are the main ones who push ourselves to evil and accept to be blind.

If there is a blind person in your family or a relative, I dedicate this article to him/her.

Note to myself;

Thank you for living every day to the fullest as if it were your last, for loving and respecting every living thing as if it were your child, for looking at the sky and not resembling clouds to shapes.

Come on, thank yourself now!
