Bill Gates to Warren Buffet, No Entrepreneur Ever Was a Saint
Ethics? Eww, Billionaires? Woohoo

Mad fandoms are the most fatal thing in a healthy society and the greatest example of the same lies in history.
Napoleon Bonaparte was a democratic monarch.
Hmmm……Democracy and Monarchy in the same sentence.
Doesn’t that sound funny to you? Or is it just me?
First Napoleon established democracy then he became the head of a classless state, then he declared himself as a sovereign supreme ruler. And further, after every successful term Napoleon would ask the masses should I become the king yet again? , and since some loved their hero too much and others couldn’t do much.
And this gave birth to the new concept of “chosen crowns.”
Hundreds of years later, we are still doing the same ie Hero worshipping. Where Majesty got replaced with money. And battles are now fought on Wall Street, not Waterloo.
Social Responsibility Who?
The path to immense success and power is not easy and nor is it an ethical one. After all who has ever seen your average median salary fellow rack up his saving to millions or his Investments turn into billions?
You shall be the smartest guy, or the greatest Mathematician to walk the face of earth or an Ivy League economics professor, to Nobel price winner…….The garden of green doesn’t care.
The cash gods don’t give a shit about you until you are ready to get down and dirty.
If not a dip, a splash of evil is a must to baptise into the world of wealth.
A Burger With Buffet
Would You Like a Happy Meal?
Warren Buffet’s net worth increased by $24 billion from the year 2014 to 2018, but the tax returns from these five years suggested that Berkshire Hathaway’s CEO paid just about $24 million as federal income tax on a $125 million income.
To this ProPublica said “ No one among the 25 wealthiest avoided as much taxes as the Buffet, the grandfatherly centibillionaire.”
Buffet avoids taxes by two means and they are —
- The investors in his company keep 99% of Buffet’s wealth in Hathaways stocks, which aren’t taxed until it’s sold.
- The company doesn’t pay any dividends, which the shareholders would have to pay taxes on.
Personally, I think that by no means Buffet is as bad as his counterparts such as Elon and Jeff Bezos that are notorious for paying $0 in federal income taxes by exploiting their ways through deductions and loans while at the same time buying hundred dollars houses and yachts.
Berkshire chief also said that Buffet prefers handing his money to charitable organisations and seeing the real change instead of paying taxes to the government. ( As you must know he has pledged to donate 99% of his wealth and has done considerable work ever since )
He also Added —
“ I believe the money will be of more use to society if disbursed philanthropically than if it is used to slightly reduce an ever-increasing US debt,”
This leaves people like us in a dilemma and a questionable position since we don’t have the option to choose our social cause or the end usage of our tax money.
Warren Buffet is also aware that some will always question his charity as a tax write-off, but he explained that he collected only 0.50 dollars as deductions on the charity for every $1000.
And on similar accusations by Trump, he displayed his 2015 income tax filing where he proved that he deduced $3.5 million on a charitable donation of about $2.9 billion in that same year.
Hence, I understand that Buffet is not Donald Trump either and that’s why this act didn’t cause much outrage among the public due to the old man’s modest lifestyle and philanthropic work coupled with his voice on increasing tax on the wealthy.
But the question remains the same, why is wealth so privileged? and twisted things become savvy when done by businessmen and crime when done by you and me.
The Ever-Expanding BBC
Oops, Not What You Thought…
The bad boy billionaires club Aka BBC is at its all-time high with 2022 having the maximum number of billionaires the planet has ever seen at a time.
So with that much money floating around, we are clearly not short of powerful people.
Post pandemic when people like us were stressed over inflation and possibly Recession, those who didn’t have to worry about keeping their jobs doubled and tripled their already ultra-high net worths.
Wall Street to White House
We Got You Baby
Let’s play a fun game, Where You name a crime and I’ll find a filthy rich convict. Or I’ll give you a set you both and you shall match the following.
Crime: Sex scandals, Human trafficking, Weapons, Drugs, Tax evasion, Data theft, Sexual assault, Loan defaulters, Security/Environment threats and more …….
Criminals: Bernie Madoff, Jeffrey Epstein, Elizabeth Holmes, Mark Zuckerberg, Sean Quinn, Alec Gores and more…..
A Few of the World’s Worst Billionaires Are:
- The Koch brothers are one of the planet’s biggest polluters among multiple industries.
- Blackstone groups founders Stephen Schwarzman and Pete Peterson with a straight agenda of “ killing the social security and Medicare” coupled with an insane and unhealthy display of wealth.
- Carl Icahn is famously known as the “ Icahn the Barbarian” as he kills jobs and shameless riches himself.
- Donald Trump was the man who made a common man’s nightmare into pop culture slang by coining the phrase “You are fired”. It takes a billionaire to convert one of the most Gut wrenching feelings into #cool.
- Silvio Berlusconi is Italy’s political leader CUM telecom tycoon with a thing for sex and corruption. When he was asked about having sex with an underage girl his reply was “ At least I am not gay ”, by this you can very well understand the man’s worldview.
- Gina Rinehart is the richest woman in Asia/ Pacific region and she is unbelievably out of touch and hence propagated the “ $ 2-day pay scheme”.
Despite never having a real job herself (inherited $30 billion) the lady suggested the poor should stop being jealous of the rich and work harder instead.
- Waltons might be the unofficial first family of the US but they have a legacy of pushing down wages and living standards. (You must be innocent to think that kind of money is clean)
There is one thing common between Curtis Jonson III and Prince Andrew, they like their women young and no one taught them about the two alphabet word “NO”. Apparently the rich don’t understand the concept of consent.
And while we are on the subject of SEX it’s mandatory to take a trip down the infamous Epstein island, God knows what foul and fright frenzy took place there. You should know what to make off Jeffery Epstein if he managed to make Melinda Gates uncomfortable within 5 seconds …. “ Evil Personified ”( Remember she’s a strong woman and wife to the world’s richest man. But he managed to intimidate her on their first meeting and in her husbands’ presence )
The wannabe Steve Job ie Elizabeth Holmes, or the lady with a Serial killer voice that mislead the entire world with the technology that couldn’t practically exist in the first place.
It’s inspiring how everyone is so dumb and ignorant.
And how easy it is to deceive the world…..Get ready people I coming for my million-dollar payday.
Now I understand why JK Rowling and Stan Lee are playing in a pile of hundreds of millions and documentaries rest in the drain. Because people love fiction and enjoy getting swindled by the idea of incredibly outlandish articles.
Martha Stewart, Martin Shkreli, Bernie Madoff, Allen Stanford, Steve Cohen, Raj Rajaratnam, and Michael Kilkenny are just a few of the Fallen angels of Wall Street.
I mean is a white-collar crime even crime? Right?
And then there are the Russian and Venezuelan oligarchs followed by entire generations of middle eastern and African political and military players that made their wealth from the sweat and blood of their people….. stealing the poor’s bread.
Hence it’s easy to conclude that the true wealth lies beyond your Forbes list of 2,800 or so billionaires.
In fact, the truly wealthy are incognito and don’t fancy gracing glossy covers.
With great power comes great responsibility. And that great power doesn’t come from a spider bite but abundant wealth.
In the end, I would like to ask you one question —
Is there such a thing called an “ ethical billionaire” or is it a mythical creature?
