Today, I received a reply to one of my comments on a popular editor’s story with a WhatsApp number to contact.

My first reaction was to clap and send a friendly reply, as usual.

But a quick click on his profile photo showed me he has just one follower.

Now reality hit me hard, and I thought of sharing this with all of you, my friends of Medium 🎯

This is the third or fourth of this kind of incident happening.

Beware of Scammers!

And report them to Medium by clicking on their account.
