You Can Feel More Alive and Less Numb to Life

Choose to be less self-absorbed and be more self-aware

I am reading many beautiful thoughts about the calm after the storm. I can only empathize with the hope for a brighter future on both individual and collective levels.

What I am more interested in, though, is witnessing more manifestations of self-awareness. I would love to meet more individuals whose internal security does not depend on their circumstances. They do not keep giving their power away to the fear of the unknown.

It would be enchanting if more folks could be less self-absorbed, and instead, they gently observe what is happening around them and offer support when required. They become more conscious of the subconscious programs many others are numbing their minds to.

Many people tend to ask me: “How are you able to keep such an optimistic outlook on life even in the chaotic times the world has been experiencing for months?”

The answer is quite simple: I reconnected with my intrinsic worth by releasing my limiting beliefs and returning to the original Center: The Principles.

Where do you think we get our security and sense of worth from? Our Center. Because the “Universal Correct Principles” are, by definition, unchangeable and timeless, my internal security is constant and irreversible.

Does this mean I don’t experience anger, frustration, disappointment, sadness, disgust– sometimes even helplessness & hopelessness accompanying my “Savior” pattern I finally destroyed?

Those feelings have always been triggered for others way more than for myself. Absolutely not. If you are interested, I explored the root causes of my “Rescuer” pattern here:

It only means that I am self-aware enough to see what is going on inside and be intentional about going through the feelings to release them healthily.

During the whole process, the optimism rooted in my internal security becomes my mantra because I removed fear from the equation.

This can be your reality whenever you choose to consciously re-write your subconscious program. The choice is yours, and I will always respect your free will!

Thank you so much for having decided to invest some of your precious time in reading this piece. It means a lot to me!
