I know, our first few articles are completely terrible. We may have the good content but the way we write it makes it uglier. I am studying different styles and formatting techniques which can make your article more brighter than before.

Let’s discuss all of them and I am sure that following steps can make your article look good and the content will speak out itself.

1. Use Proper Title

Title is the only way to make your articles look good and readers can actually decide whether to read your article or not. Don’t use click baits.

Also, insure that you are using a proper subtitle to enhance or define your main Title.

2. Use Only 1 image

After you are done with writing your Title and subtitle, follow it with a cover image. Use great quality of images available freely on various platforms like Unsplash, Pexels etc.

There is no need to include images after that. You should include second image only if you want to use it for reference. Mostly, filling your articles with lots of images can make it less interesting to read.

3. Start With Introduction Paragraph

Before starting your main content, write a introduction of that article. Write about why, when, how etc. Readers must easily understand the reason for writing the article.

But, its okay if you want to start with the main content. If not, then add 2 to 3 short paragraphs to introduce your title or clear the meaning of writing the article.

4. Write your main Content

Start your content by writing a heading for it if required. Use proper number system to mention your headings. Also remember to keep your main content short and simple.

Write paragraphs with not more than 5 lines. Paragraph with more than 5 lines are not called paragraphs and it ultimately becomes less interesting to read big paragraphs.

5. Write only The things you are supposed to write

If you are an expert in science than its completely natural for you to write about 2000+ words regarding science, if not then 500 words can do the magic.

Making your article or blog unnecessary lengthy won’t help you. Write only about things related to your Title. Readers are reading it only for main content. If you include unnecessary paragraphs in your main content, you are only making readers to quit reading your article.

6. Lastly, Summarize

After you are done with writing your main content, summarize your article in one or two short paragraphs. It will help readers to remember the main takeaways from your article.

You can also add a short 1 line message to promote your account at the end of the article. Don’t unnecessary add a paragraph to ask your readers to follow you. People will only follow you, if they liked your content and they want to read more from you.

Use proper title, Add good cover image, Write a introductory paragraph, Write your main content short and simple. Lastly, summarize your article with a short paragraph for your readers.
