It contains a huge set of highly useful web tools.</p><p id="388e">For me, in terms of the writing and email features I was looking for, this was less useful.</p><p id="f6ab">However, the powerful tool suite of H-Supertool is just simply amazing and highly recommendable for anyone in the digital and social media marketing field.</p><p id="a1a9">For example, it offers:</p><ul><li><b>Great SEO tools</b>, such as a free keyword explorer and a question explorer.</li><li><b>Email Checker. </b>This<b> </b>is a free email verification tool. It helps you validate any email address online for free and check if the mailbox really exists.</li><li><b>Outline generator. </b>With the power of AI, you can generate an outline for your next article in seconds. Create outlines easily for articles and videos.</li></ul><h2 id="c40d">Quillbot</h2><p id="151a">And last but not least, <a href="http://www.quillbot.com">Quillbot </a>is my favorite free AI writing tool for paraphrasing and grammar checking. You can grammar check your final text, paraphrase your text, expand your text, or even lengthen and broaden your content.</p><p id="cfd0">This comes in so highly useful for my purpose of writing emails or analyzing highly complex content at work. Check out these features:</p><ul><li><b>Grammar checker</b></li><li><b>Plagiarism checker</b></li><li><b>Summarizer</b></li><li><b>Citation generator</b></li></ul><p id="4faa">For people who lack great grammar and creative writing skills, it is a really great tool and very reliable.</p><h2 id="6235">#4 Great news: these tools help with writer’s block</h2><p id="d429">These tools definitely help with writer’s block, since they are designed to help with the actual writing process.</p><p id="c8eb">So if you find yourself staring at a blank page, not knowing how to start, they give you that first structure, that first set of paragraphs, to kick you off. After that, it becomes much easier and fast to develop your ideas from this starting point.</p><p id="c06f">For my pain point of email overload, this certainly did the trick, as I no longer write the whole email, but only the outline and/or key message of the email. I save two-thirds of the time.</p><h2 id="69a0">#5 Can AI write a book? Does it only assist us or does it go further?</h2><p id="0fef">Even futurists would have concluded some years ago that AI was only assisting us but that human creativity could not be replaced. The creative part of the writing, like writing a book or a good story, still has to be done by a human.</p><p id="3ca1">However, today, this is starting to change. Artificial intelligence is developing fast, and there is a huge field of research on <a href="https://amzn.to/3E0VtYL">Artificial General Intelligence</a> (AGI).</p><p id="a961">AGI is artificial intelligence and machine learning, which comes close to human intelligence and creativity.</p><p id="04df">This is a fascinating and complex topic which raises a number of questions, also ethical ones, especially for business.</p>

Best AI Writing Tools: How to Overcome Writer’s Block and Email Overload.

How AI Writing Tools Helped Me Level Up My Writing Skills

Artificial intelligence is everywhere and is slowly changing our lives. I realize every day how much it changes my routines. I use voice recognition, a chatbot (see here on how I succeeded at making my own Landbot), social media (algorithms) and, of course, my personal assistant Alexa.

I began to consider how AI could help me combat my two work-related time-killers: writing and email overload.

Which AI tools are best for writing?
What is the best AI writing assistant for emails?
Is AI writing free?
Can AI help with writer’s block?
Is AI replacing human writing? Can AI write a book?

These are the questions I put to the test when I tried out four AI text generator tools. Here is what I learnt.

#1 My favourite AI content generator applications.

Writesonic

This is my all-time favourite. Writesonic is an AI-powered writing tool, producing high-quality text. It has a 4.8 star average on Trustpilot and saves so much time, especially with these features:

Summarizing an article. This is 100% useful for my job, as I often need to digest and simplify complex text quickly. Writesonic actually creates a summary of any article with a click.
The E-Mail writing feature. This is just awesome. I can finally save so much time on emails, as I only need to jot down the general idea of the message and Writesonic does the rest for me.

Simplified is similar to Writesonic; it is a huge and highly performant AI-powered application. However, it leans more into the graphic design sector.

It even includes video editing. So, for creators and marketers, this is gold.

For my purposes, I tested these two features — I highly recommend them:

AI writer. You can generate great, plagiarism-free, and keyword-focused texts. This is an awesome feature, as it can save you hours.
Stunning templates. There are thousands of professionally designed, customizable templates. You can create logos, announcements, newsletters, and more. The best part is that no design or coding skills are required.

Simplified also brings multiple other features, such as brand kits, graphic design tools, and in-app publishing. You can actually use this app to design great marketing campaigns.
