Abstract

The text delves into the introspective journey of examining one's beliefs and the process of belief formation. It questions the validity of thoughts and the nature of belief, suggesting that the mind can distort reality by believing in its own constructs. The author describes a personal revelation upon discovering that their mind was the sole architect of their perceived reality, leading to the understanding that beliefs rooted in a toxic mindset can obscure the truth. The narrative progresses to a state of liberation where the limitations of the mind are removed, revealing an awareness that operates beyond thought. This awareness opens up a different perspective on life, one where the mind's judgmental nature is transcended, allowing for a more accepting and holistic view of experiences.

Believing Your Thoughts

Do you believe it or not?

Do you or have you ever believed a thought? Do you recall ever believing in them or not? Wait hold on what am I believing? What is a belief? Well, now that gets me thinking.

Could I be running all over it seems? Searching for something inside of me? This is crazy, here we go, another mind blow. When I discovered my mind was the only one shown.

And if my mind is the one being reflected? If it’s toxic then you may have guessed it. Believing turns into a belief that isn’t a true sight. And my mind has piled wrongs over rights.

Come to find out that when my limitations come off. I'm left with an awareness that speaks without thought. I'm then becoming open to this other side of life. Where the mind can't judge everything as not being alright.
