Being a Mindful person NOW will change your life

These tips will help you to be a Mindful person

More and more I try to be a mindful person, both for my mental health and for the stability in life that is so longed for.

After an introduction, I decided to put here some of the things I do to become more Mindful.

I hope it helps you too.

Breath in, Breath Out

Feel the flow of the breath.

Pay attention to all your senses

Notice the taste and texture of the food.

Empty the mind

Take a few moments to be still.

As soon as the mind wonders, bring it back to your Breath

Practice Non-Judgemental Listening

This is so important, people can be so judgemental and bad for each other, i’m trying to be the opposite.
