Live, not to Exist.

It is tough in this fast-growing world to catch up sometimes. We need rest and reflect but most individuals lack this in their life because they’re always preoccupied chasing one goal to another.

We run like life is a race, from one school to the next college to the university until we find a Job even on Job we try to run to get another opportunity.

We are looking to receive more from life and we end up drained and left with depression.

We forget the most important part of living a fulfilled life is that first, we need to become more.

Take a Pause.

Life is finite. Your time in this life is limited. It is like a battery, humans just have a longer battery until we run out of energy.

What we miss out on by not taking time to rest in life is that we might forget which car we wanted to chase and we end up chasing unnecessary distractions than our actual goal of life.

If you end up in this position of going after something without thinking it through your deepest core then there comes a time when you end up miserable and become a victim of depression.

We end up existing in life when depression hits. We become matter, a passing phase rather than being, an energetic being.

We all have been there! Some of you might be battling those battles right now.

We need to remember one simple thing about Life that all of us forget. My dad reminds me of one simple formula,

“Life is Simple from the outside, Try Not to Complicate it inside your head.”

When we complicate life inside our heads, we make friends with depression and misery.

You Need To Know Easy Life Hacks:

  • Have a Simple Mindset.

Do what you have to do but always try to simplify life.

This gives you your own running pace, this won’t stop you from running after your goals, but it will definitely make the journey peaceful.

  • Know Your Patterns.

Please, Get out of your own way! You are responsible for your life and how you live it.

Sometimes the monster in life is just inside your head made up of some negative experiences that your mind decided to hold onto and find in everything else.

Focus on building a positive mindset so you can invite a positive change in your life.

  • Know What to Look For!

Sometimes you just don’t know what to look for to truly enjoy the experience of life. Live, not exist. This is like a secret that I have found,

“Goodness, Happiness, Joy, Peace; Only Exists If You’re Looking For It.”

If it is peace in life that you desire, it is right there within, you just need to look for the right way in life. It exists if you’re aware of it.

Your awareness changes your experience.

If you are gloomy conscious, all you could see is dark in the world. If you are happy conscious, you will find happiness in everything.

It all ends up in how you see life. One word; perspective. Which lenses are you wearing? Make sure they’re not gloomy.

  • Know Your Power.

Life is not hard, we just like to see it that way. We call it hard, we give it a name.

You have the power to define your own life, define it easy, peaceful, and positively changing.

Pick your own fruit that you please. Choose humour for heaven’s sake, life doesn’t care.

Life goes on; and if you accept the flow of life with any definition that pleases you, then you will flow with life peacefully and live beautifully.

No need to exit when you have the power to define your own life.

Contentment Is The Way

When you are content within, chasing becomes the flow of life. Peace is the by-product of feeling content. Happiness and Joy becomes a conscious choice.

The satisfaction that it requires to live a fulfilling life is to rest when you’re drained.

Reflect when you’re lost and simplify when your mind complicates.

By using the power that you have within, by changing your inner mindset, you are becoming.

The takeaway, Do I need to change the way I perceive my life so that I can live a freely fulfilled life?

You have a Choice to Live, and not just exist.
