Before Dawn

Twilight

Photo by Frank Oberle on Unsplash

Twitching and turning not knowing what the day will bring.

In the silent frame of darkness, I contemplate my fate. Where has my life taken me?

The transitioning of light now pushes the darkness from sight.

As the sun rises, the twilight and its beauty appears.

My thoughts of the past now disappear, as well as everything I fear.

This golden hour in yellowish and reddish hues is delighting my very soul. Hope and life once again appear.
