Becoming Compassionate in the Workplace Leads to Positive Results
How to avoid working against or in control of fellow teammates

The big idea here is that a true leader works with and for people, not against or in control of them.
Here’s how compassion applies to us:
By having genuine compassion for other peoples’ needs, at a minimum, you will work better as a team. At a maximum, you gain the respect and loyalty of others.

So, let’s put this into action:
- Stop feeling the need to be ruthless and domineering to gain power
2. Compassion can actually help you achieve power
3. Remember, not everyone wants to be a leader
4. People want a leader that is compassionate to his or her needs
