So you want to become a writer for Genius in a Bottle (GiaB)?

That’s great! We want to you become one as well. Here’s how you go about making that happen.

First, you need to ‘Follow’ GiaB by clicking the ‘Follow’ button next to the publication name on its homepage.

This is the pre-requisite step for becoming a writer for us, so please excuse us if we delay or defer adding you as a writer until this is done.

Secondly, email your request to be added as a writer to [email protected], with the following features:

  1. Make your email subject line read: Application to be a GiaB writer. This is to help us identify your request email and prevent it falling through the cracks.
  2. If you are known on Medium by a pseudonym, alternate name, or a name that differs from that of your email account, please let us know. We require the name by which you are known on Medium, as this is the name that will allow us to search for you in our followers list.
  3. Next, please provide your Medium handle beginning with the ‘@’ symbol. For example @victorsarkin
  4. Next, provide your preferred email address.
