Being average is no longer acceptable! You need to become excellent to live life the way you want. The Economy is in a chaotic state. Homes are more expensive than ever, interest rates are rising, and salaries are slowly rising. The average worker has no control over their time and helps make their employers more prosperous by the day.
Yet this is considered normal! Sitting in a cubicle from 9 to 5 every day! Therefore, you need to take back control and be the extra in extraordinary!
Multiple Income Sources
One crucial part of being the extra in extraordinary is having multiple income sources. Solely relying on your salary is foolish. Workers are taxed the most and make the least! How does that make sense? Well, if you tax the rich who have multiple income streams, they just move abroad.
However, the average worker needs more financial resources to move abroad. Depending on one salary is an inadequate description because you can be laid off without income. Another reason it is terrible is because you need to control your time. If your boss tells you to be somewhere, you must be there or fired. It works the same with thoughts and opinions. You can’t voice that opinion if you disagree with someone, or you could be fired.
At the same time, your salary isn’t enough to pay your bills anymore. Inflation is rampant, and companies pass their extra costs to the consumer.
It is time to work extra hard on creating multiple income streams rather than relying on one. I am not saying you must become a multimillionaire. Still, you must make as much money from various sources as possible. If one of them goes aerie, you still have seven others, for example. You must also make as much money as possible to live the life you want in any country.
Be in Great Shape
Today, the average person has a terrible diet and is overweight. As a result, their mental health is catastrophic, and they have a higher risk of contracting diseases such as cardiovascular diseases. You can’t accomplish anything if you are unhealthy.
Today, roughly 2 out of every 3 Americans are overweight, according to Adult Obesity, a study made by hsph.harvard.edu. This is mind-boggling because it isn’t hard to control what you eat and hit the gym 2–3 days a week.

Exercising reduces stress, combats fatigue, and improves your performance. At the same time, your sleep quality improves significantly. At the same time, exercising makes sure that the hippocampus is functioning correctly.
Getting in shape is a pretty simple concept when explained correctly. Start by eating a healthy diet that is rather bland sometimes. Remember, it is not about the taste! It is about results.
Furthermore, start by going to the gym twice a week and gradually increase the number of times you go each week. Make sure to lift a weight that is challenging to lift and, at the same time, use the proper form for each exercise. Body weight exercises are also great, so definitely pay attention to them.
Finally, fix your sleep! All electronic devices should be shut off when you sleep, and the room should pitch black. You shouldn’t even be able to see your own hand while sleeping. Rest for at least 8 hours daily and stop drinking caffeine 3 hours before bed. Lastly, stop using your phone at least 30 minutes before bed. The light from your cell phone activates your brain.
Learn to Say No
Saying no is one of the most essential traits in life! I had to learn this the hard way, and it was not fun at all. Imagine you have had a tough and draining week. Now that Friday is here, you want to go home to work on your business, but instead, you go out drinking with your colleagues. One thing leads to another, and you come home at 2 am.
Was it worth going through all that just because you don’t want to be boring? Next time when they ask you if you want to go out, say no. If they accuse you of being boring, respond with maybe I am.
Secondly, say no to negative and unmotivated people. You don’t want to spend time with them because they are draining and are trying to drag you down with them. Show me your friends, and I will show you your future.
Lastly, say no to people who only want things from you all the time and never give you anything in return. Trust me, they only hang out with you because you provide them with money, time, etc. The moment you stop giving them what they want, they leave. So why even spend time with them?
