Be The Community: How To Find People To Talk And Grow With
2. Be on their mind positively

People want to be considered. You want to be considered. That’s why you write, right?
Writers over-complicate the meaning of “audience”. They create an absurd abstraction promising you will gain thousands and thousands of readers reading the guides they offer.
But what about the one reader you need now? The one who responds to your stories, the one who helps you create better content?
Look for that reader first. Concentrate your effort on creating an environment where people feel both safe and helped in their growth.
Too many people focus on the money. They want to become full-time writers, they want to live according to their schedules and be independent. But they miss the connections you need to cultivate to make it.
Every person in this platform wants growth and improve writing. And you have the occasion to provide it.
Here’s a little change you can make right now that will improve your self-esteem and one of the other writers in your niche: TAKE CARE of the thoughts expressed by people.
What does it mean? Start writing a response that you think would likely help the writer to understand how he/she impacted on you with his/her article. Give love, and you will be loved back (eventually).
Secondly, you should give a deeper insight into what concerns the article itself. Now you need to be honest with yourself and the writer:
- Did you really like it in every part?
- Is there something that can be improved?
Showing participation is really helpful to build rapport with other people. You will show you care to let writers know what makes their article either a good or bad reading moment. And if the writer is not the type that gets offended, you are giving him/her an opportunity to grow.
Start exercise participation now, let me know what you think about the article and be 100% honest, we are a family and we need to support each other.
So, I’ll wait for you in the response section you will find below.
Happy Sunday!
