Be angry, be mad, Be happy, be hearty, Be sad, be sorrowful, Whatever you want to be.

Be one, be one, Just always be one, Every minute, Every second.

Every moment, That crosses, Your mindscape, Be one.

But then one cannot, Be angry all day, Or be happy all day, Or be sad all day.

What should one do, To just shredded into, All hues of emotions, Whenever one waltzes in.

Or take control of, One’s existence, For once and for all, One choice to rule them all.

If you can’t be always, Angry, mad, sad, happy, Then what is one thing, You can be at all times.

Why is it that one should be, Very happy and hearty, When they are complimented, Or applauded by scores of people.

But, they are exceptionally, Manically, maniacally, Angry when anybody just, Dares to be cross with them.

What is the middle road, When one is walking through, The course of life, Wondering about its meaning.

To be fair one looks into, The nature around us, One looks at the most, Exquisite and beautiful creations.

One looks at lotus, At one point in time, It exists in the worst, Of filth that this planet can provide.

But still looking at it, One is filled with peace, And calm that can, Soothe one’s soul itself.

To be touched by filth, But never leaving, It’s original luster, It's original constancy.

Then one should, Learn from lotus, What it means to exist, To be never truly touched by anything.

Whether it is good, Or bad or sad or mad, Never be truly touched, Maintain your pristine state.

Be neutral to anything, That happens to you, Or around you, Not discompassionate but neutral.

And if the choice, Is to be just one, Then be neutral, Be neutral.
