Be Human, Be Original In Writing
Biggest Lesson

The stories I enjoy the most, and which arguably other readers like too, are the ones that have a human touch.
I enjoyed reading this touching story from Katie Michaelson about a postcard to heaven, this story by Yana Bostongirl about her emotions, and this story from Jason Provencio expressing his feelings towards harsh commenters.
All of them are unique and filled with non-AI-generated emotions. They sound soooooo human.
Medium is full of stories listing generic topics like how to be rich, x habits of Billionaires, or morning routines for success. The readers are bored of reading the same thing repeated in different styles.
The biggest learning for me is that if I have to survive as a writer, I have to bring forth something from my heart, my unfiltered (but edited) feelings, and my originality.
