It’s easier to get around

There was a time when idiots were all harmless fools. You could quite happily force an idiot to wear idiotic clothing and shame them in the village square. You were permitted to insult, kick, spit and throw rotten tomatoes at their head all in the name of wisdom.

In schools, there’ll be a selected corner for idiots to sit and stare at the wall. They were made to understand their place in society and that stupidity wouldn’t be tolerated. Castration could also be applied if you were worried that certain idiots would start breeding.

Idiots were prone to early deaths. You don’t live long being simple. The world is a dangerous place that idiots would fail to navigate. Non-edible plants would be consumed. Dangerous paths would be tread. And harmless-looking animals would turn into ferocious beasts that would hungrily consume an idiot.

Idiots didn’t believe in science. An idiot would ignore best practices. They would fill their head with ideas with obscure facts to back their theories. Like Covid or the vaccine, science isn’t real. Idiots know that for a fact. Don’t ask for proof. All they have to do is visit any mall in the world to see with their own eyes how healthy everybody is. The idiot will tell you that they don’t see Covid victims wandering around. The same applies to the world. Look out your window to confirm how flat the Earth is. Can you see the curve? Of course not. If you can’t see something then it can’t be real, right? That’s how idiocy works. It’s the idiotic fallacy.

Social media has amplified the idiot’s voice. They no longer have to scream from rooftops or on top of bonfires proclaiming their innocence. They are all empowered to speak up. Armchair experts congealing on mass. Knowledge is power especially for the stupid. They now have ‘facts’ to back up their arguments all paid for by the University of the Dumb. Doctorates are bought and never questioned. The quacks have print-outs from respected off-campus locations near Harvard.

Flat Earth is real. It’s a fact that has been supported for centuries by nobody questioning the tradition. Traditions are encased in a shrine of holiness held together by gaffa-taped beliefs. You say something often to enough people and soon you’ll have a movement of idiots sharing social proof that guns are a constitutional right. Only an idiot would amend an amendment that has been amended to suit the amended parties.

Don’t take my word for it. I’m an idiot. I’ve cherry-picked evidence that’ll support my argument in the hope of persuading other fools of my inherent wisdom. I’ve got a platform to spout ideas that have no basis in facts. I’m making shit up as I go along. Why can’t I see the curve of the Earth? Who knows? Scientists? Pfft. Don’t give me logic. You can’t fight stupidity with logic. It’s too difficult to understand an argument based on logic. Why should I even try? Idiots don’t need an education. What good does a degree do? You can learn on the job. You can earn from the hustle. Hard graft is the currency to power. Not being clever clever. Idiots worship at the hands of the industrialists.

We need to go back to singling out the idiots. We need to separate them from the herd. Chaff them sideways and bedeck them in aprons with a capital ‘I’ stitched on the front. Correlation equals causation. Idiots are born therefore the world will end. Nature’s cruel joke dumbing down the populace too poor to afford an education. The more idiots that breed, the more democracy dies and tornados wipe out the midwest. Idiots are causing the world to burn. Every argument ends with a nazi salute.

The demand for evidence is never-ending. Opinions are truth. Truth is fact. Facts are real. Science is the proof of opinions turned into facts made real. An idiot's personal experience is infallible. Anecdotes are antidotes to remedy the science or burden of proof. Listen carefully and you can hear a gaggle of idiots talk about their experience of vaccines hurting their arms and making them sick for two weeks. The vaccines are dangerous. They cause the blood to stop flowing into your arm leading to amputation. In Cambodia alone, there are thousands of amputees who have all had the jab and lost an arm. Some have even lost legs because the poison has seeped into their lower appendages. Vaccines are the new landmines in Asia. “What about China?” asks the illogical numb-nutted bellend throwing yet another argument into the equation.

It was a slippery slope the day we stopped burning the stupid. The intelligentsia had lost the moral high ground. Or was it the other way round? Was the stupid burning the intelligent? It doesn’t matter, the idiots are roaming wild causing democracies to falter, old men to be elected Presidents, and wildfires to spread across the planet. Wildfires travel faster on a flat surface.

Stop stupid now.
