Bath Your Way to get Soft and Flawless Skin Today!

One of my secrets to having healthy-looking skin is to bathe with coconut milk. I am sharing with you 3 simple ways how to prepare this coconut bath milk. It is the cheapest and most effective way to keep my skin soft, flawless, and looking healthy.

Coconut milk has long been known for its ability to improve skin health. High in saturated fat, which makes it an ideal moisturizer. It also contains lauric acid, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Coconut milk can be used as a bath soak to improve skin health and appearance.

Why spend on expensive bath milk when you can have the cheapest and the best?

These are my own version ingredients, put together for simplicity to share with the world. But you can add and create your own coconut milk bath how you want it.

I created a video of how I make mine in a simple way.

In addition to coconut milk, you can always add something like a scented oil.

For mine, I use whichever is available, sometimes I add lavender oil, lemongrass oil, or patchouli.

Recommended for skin problems like psoriasis

There is some anecdotal evidence that suggests bathing in coconut milk may help to improve psoriasis symptoms. Coconut milk is thought to be anti-inflammatory and moisturizing, which could help to soothe the skin.

However, there is currently no scientific evidence to support this claim. If you are considering using coconut milk as a treatment for psoriasis, speak to your doctor first to discuss the potential risks and benefits.

Recommended for dry skin

When I came from a cold country like Austria, my skin get so dry. I bathe coconut milk on alternate nights before going to bed.
