Batch Delete Compute Environment Not Working

Tried to delete Batch Compute Environments multiple times over past few days and they still exist

I have clicked the delete button on these two Batch Compute Environments multiple times over the past few days.

I get a message stating that the compute environment will be deleted but it still exists after multiple tries.

I went in and deleted the underlying ECS cluster so I would not be charged for it as a result of this bug.

Perhaps I missed something in the documentation about these hanging around for a while after they are deleted but they should be grayed out or something and it should say that on the screen somewhere if that is the case.

So either way I’m considering this a bug or at least a problem.

Upate: finally clicked on the compute environmet and saw this error:

assumed-role/BatchComputeEnvironmentRole/aws-batch is not authorized to perform: ecs:DeleteCluster on resource:

This error needs to be bubbled up to the main screen.

Also, I used the policy from the AWS policy and that policy could not be deployed in the first place because of invalid conditions and now it has this problem. Will have to figure out and fix the policy but the documentation needs to be corrected and the UI could use an update.
