Naturism is non-sexual activity, with a focus on spirituality, harmony with nature, physical and mental health benefits.

Prefer a crowded beachfront or a private, naturist beach? I take the plunge, row to paradise, and shed my layers.

A peaceful beach awaits, with turquoise waters, an island tiki bar, and anytime snacks. My first naturist experience is liberating — swim, rest, sunbathe, dine, wear nothing, au naturel.

I become a light traveller, packing bare essentials. And leave my worries behind.

There is nothing to hide, body shame—self-worth does not depend on one’s appearance. Love and acceptance of my whole being will stop negative, self-conscious thoughts from taking hold and weighing me down.

Skinny-dipping is freeing. For women, taught to shame their bodies, conceal their true appearances with make-up and uncomfortable clothing, this experience can be life-changing.
