Awesome Vibes of Andalusia

Photograph Prompt ‘A’ — Amazing Views, Architecture, Appetizers & Alcazar

I visited the autonomous region of Andalusia in Southern Spain in January 2020. I am happy to share some colorful photos of this beautiful region for the A photo prompt.

I recall strolling on a sunny winter day and being awestruck by the amazing architecture on every street in Seville. This is one of my favorite views while strolling the city.

The Real Alcazar is a must-see when visiting Seville. This Royal Palace, with Islamic and Christian history, is majestic and stunning, with incredible architecture, tile work, gardens, and courtyards. It was an amazing way to spend a sunny day. Every corner you turn, there is a view to appreciate there. The bonus in the winter is there are way fewer crowds to navigate.

It is a cool experience to wander around looking for a coffee shop and to come across a historic one housed in a building with amazing design and architecture. Confeteria La Campana was founded in 1885, and in addition to amazing coffee, it has incredible pastries, ambiance, and a prime location in the city.

I enjoyed visiting Palacio Las Duenas almost as much as Real Alcazar. It is also a royal palace belonging to the House of Alba. It features a renaissance style with Gothic and Moorish influences. It was a peaceful experience exploring the atmospheric and colorful grounds with beautiful views.
