There’s a reason behind the sayings “There is no I in team” & “Two heads are better than one.” When it comes to being the leader of a squad, a team, any type of organization, or even a country, this is particularly true.

Here’s how this applies to us and teamwork:

The truth is, a good leader is always going to accomplish more with his unit or team, than by himself.

So, let’s put this into action:

Do some of your team members require strict guidance while some work better with flexibility?

As the leader of your team, you will have to determine who’s who and cultivate your team accordingly.

The cool thing is that in today’s workplace culture and work from home culture, this shouldn’t be a problem so everyone can operate better as a team.
