Welcome to the brand-new month of “August,” everyone.

A new month brings with it new chances, journeys, and accomplishments. At the beginning of a new month, we are all more energized. So let’s start this week off with more love and positivity.

“Love is power, the purest power and the greatest power: Love is God. Nothing can be higher than that. But this power is not a desire to enslave others, this power is not a destructive force. This power is the very source of creation. This power is creativity. And this power will transform you totally into a new being. It has no concern with anybody. Its whole concern is to bring your seeds to their ultimate flowering.”

-Rajneesh

The world is a happier place and life seems like a wonderful trip when you are in love. We all of a sudden begin to appreciate everything about life. You are seeing positivity in everything. You want to live, and every moment becomes precious for you.

When a relationship is sincere and pleasant, it elevates your self-esteem. Good relationships bring positivity to your life. The other person will strive to improve you if they truly love you.

Love will make you fall in love with your life and yourself.

When you have someone in your life you can love and trust, you always have someone to lean on during both good and challenging times. You feel secure knowing that someone will take care of you no matter what. It also gives you the confidence to take risks in life.

“Real love teaches you the art of loving everyone that fall in your way with all their faults and weaknesses.” -Unknown

The one thing I have learned about life and relationship so far is, that we all are different people with different perspectives. Love does not mean that we are going to agree on the same things every time. Whether it’s a father-son relationship or a mother-daughter relationship we all have a different point of view and that’s fine.

I believe that it’s okay to disagree in love as long as you understand the other person well.

This week’s prompt is,

“There is a saying that love can change your life for good, how has love altered your life or given you hope during a difficult time? This may be a friendship or a romantic relationship.” Share a poem about your experiences with the love.

I want to invite all the poets of Lifeline to share the great lessons they have learned in love.
