Hello, My Name Is Daniel, and I am the founder of Atomic Public.

I’ve been writing on Medium for a while (2 months) and since my arrival publications have been a key place to get notice and practice my writing.

As a Writer, I love getting access to the best readers and quality audience.

As a Reader, I enjoy reading quality stories and not getting spammed by AI-generated content or cheap copy-pasted stories. I think we all want to read unique empowering content and not waste our time in search of quality on this platform.

This is why Atomic Public was created. (I named it after the book I’m reading right now: Atomic Habits )

But first of all, to avoid any misunderstanding you should read the rules and the peculiarities of the publication.

The Peculiarities

Our goal is to become the best publication with quality content and avid readers.

• 1 story — one writer. You can get only 1 story published/day
• We are going to accept a maximum of 16 stories/day.
• For now, we have 6 main topics for the publication (I will add some more later) :
• I’ll read each story and if it doesn’t fit the requirement I’ll get back to you

• Before you hit the publish button, make sure to have your story fit in one of those topics and include the corresponding tag.

What are the advantages of your publication?

For writers :

Not too many stories can help you to have the same odds of finding your audience. You have the opportunity to focus on quality rather than quantity because the goal is to build a big publication with quality writers.

I’ve got experience in managing a publication and writing for publications. I know how they are working.

Big publications are publishing tens if not hundreds of stories/day. That’s over-flooding the reader and drowning a part of the writers.

For readers :

When you follow a publication because of some good stories and you finish over-flooded with cheap copy-pasted content you want changes.

We are offering them.

A simple way of getting quality content. You will read stories with value and get something new every day. I’ll make sure personally that the content you get in your feed is worth the shot.

Also, the pub is designed in a way that you can easily find the topic you like among those we are proposing.

How to Get Your Work Published in Atomic Public

• No AI writing, no AI-assisted writing. I won’t even consider adding you if you are writing with AI. We are a human community respecting original ideas and hard work.
• No Clickbait Titles. Your title should describe what’s in your story. We are not accepting stories that are completely disconnected from their titles.
• Do not spam tons of stories.
• Original content. If you are just copy-pasting someone else content we won’t accept you. We can even report you to the medium support. Republishing/copying content without the proper authorization from the right owner is illegal on Medium. Read this if you are not familiar with the rules.
• Include a tag with the topic mentioned before if you want your story to get published. That’s important!
• Respect all Medium rules.
• Add a link to this story/to the publication at the end of your story. Remember that it’s also in your interest to help the publication grow!

How to submit a story?

After writing a story. Click the 3 dots in the corner next to the publish button and click on “Add to publication”.

Then you’ll see this pop-up:

You have to choose Atomic Public from the list and submit your story.

You’re done. Wait for a couple of hours before I’ll publish your work. (Don’t worry if it takes a little time I’m usually sleeping at night haha)
