As Parts of the World Are Going Through Chaos. Here’s My Take On Taiwan’s Future.
As someone who actually grew up with the fear of Russian invasion of my own country, I can, most likely, relate to what certain Taiwanese citizens have to go through when coping with this fear that China has to offer. After all, China did perform large naval exercises near Taiwanese waters.

I shared quite a lot about myself, living here in the Baltic States, here in the article below. I just wanted to make it clear that I perfectly understand what some Taiwanese experience, because of these threats from China.
As the world is getting distracted by war in Ukraine, war in Israel, some might wonder what’s the next conflict that might arise, and unfortunately, some point to Taiwan, and there is a good reason for that, here’s why.
United States supplied an incredible amount of its weapons to Ukraine, leaving Ukraine having good odds of inflicting serious damage to Russian forces, which would draw Ukrainians closer to victory.
The same thing is happening today in Israel. United States sent 1 aircraft carrier, one of the best one USA has to offer to Israeli waters, to ensure peace in the region. Also, Israel asked aid from the United States to both replenish their air defense systems, such as Iron Dome, and to replenish their missiles and guided bombs.
As of right now, American president Joe Biden asked US congress to provide military aid to Israel that will be roughly around $14 billion dollars. However, Ukraine will also soon receive another package of military aid that will be worth roughly around $61 billion.
Which leaves Taiwan sort of out of the picture, based on the fact that the world’s eyes are on Ukraine and Israel. The United States is supplying an enormous amount of military aid to both of these countries, however, what about Taiwan, and can United States take care of Taiwan, also, in case of a major conflict?
I want to make it clear that US president, Joe Biden, promised to defend Taiwan. The main force which is not allowing China to actually invade Taiwan is the United States.
However, since all the eyes are on Ukraine and Israel, China would have a great opportunity to actually attack Taiwan, some speculate that United States would not be able to maintain all three wars, Ukraine, Israel and that of Taiwan.
While the United States did enter its massive national debt record that reached up to $33 trillion dollars. Here’s what Joe Biden said:
Despite this national debt, the United States’ economy is extremely strong and flourishing.
United States are already supplying Taiwan with weapons, to have a better chance of victory, in case the worst case scenario comes into play. However, China’s invasion of Taiwan would be incredibly hard, as Taiwan is surrounded with water, Taiwan would have great strategical advantage of inflicting enormous damage to Chinese naval vessels.
Also, Taiwan would not fight alone. US naval vessels, destroyers, battleships, would most likely also enter the conflict, according to Joe Biden’s remarks. Additionally, United States started its military bases in the Philippines, which is very close to Taiwan, meaning, United States could rush to help Taiwan the moment China would declare war.
I believe, Taiwanese people are safe, not just because United States will come directly to help, but because they themselves bought incredible amount of weapons from the United States, in the past. Taiwan also has a strong military, the population of Taiwan is around 23 million people, for an island this size, this is incredibly impressive.
And having United States' on Taiwan’s side, Taiwan should feel extremely safe. After all, China is more concerned about its economic stability rather than its future wars. China clearly knows what will happen to their economy if they will dare to attack Taiwan, certain foreign businesses would draw away from China, and more than likely, sanctions would come into direct play.
Also, Chinese economy is not doing so good either, recent news agencies are reporting this:

I think an attack on Taiwan by China would be one of the greatest mistakes. China, also made it clear that it does not recognize Taiwan’s independence, and they further said that Taiwan is part of China. China also said that they will use force if necessary to take Taiwan and unify it.
The truth is, the United States can maintain all these three wars, if necessary, if one actually thinks that United States will run out of weapons, that’s not true.
