Are You Repeatedly Failing at Meditation? This is Probably the Reason Why
The best type of meditation doesn’t involve concentrating on your breathing.

Have you tried meditation and failed? Just can’t seem to quieten your mind and achieve a calm and peaceful state?
Well, it could be that you’ve chosen the wrong meditation technique.
Many meditation techniques involve concentrating, usually on something boring like your breathing. This is an ineffective approach for two reasons:
- Concentration creates tension.
- Focusing on something boring is difficult and, err, boring.
The solution?
Choose a form of meditation that involves neither concentration nor focusing on something boring. Transcendental Meditation is one option, but that’s expensive. A much cheaper alternative is NSR.
