Voice is the fundamental requirement of the singing profession, you literally can’t become a singer if you can’t speak, but Isaiah Acosta’s case is mysteriously different, he shocked the entire world when he dropped his first rap song. I have never seen such a mystery in a lifetime.

The rapper’s birth

Isaiah Acosta was born on the 31st day of October 1999 to a parent who was expecting a gift of a child, but everything changes when the doctors told his mom that Acosta was a completely different child and it would be a miracle if he survive with his condition.

Isaiah is one of few kids in the world who were born with situs inversus, a condition that meant all his major organs were on the wrong site. He is also missing his lower jaw, a body defect called agnathia. He can’t do any activity meant for the mouth and this includes rapping. He needed the help of his mother to breathe, eat and express himself. That’s shocking right?

Doctors told his mother that her son would not survive the night because he had stayed several minutes without air. But mysteriously Acosta cheated death.

How it was possible for him to sing without his lower jaw

Isaiah’s dream was to become a popular rapper adored by the entire world, even though he knew instinctively that it is practically impossible for him to pronounce a word he didn’t let his condition obstruct his path to success. At age 18 he mysteriously achieved his aim.

Isaiah made a connection with a professional rapper, Trap House. So the trick is Isaiah writes the song, Trap House sings it but on stage Isaiah dances and displays as if he is rapping without moving his mouth.

“We were talking a little earlier, and I definitely agree with you that you should always rise to be able to do what you want, and never let the opinions of others hold you back from achieving your goals,” Trap House told advised him in a video uploaded online

Even though he was different from everyone else his parents and society treated him with joy and admiration the accepted who he is. Isaiah had a normal and blissful childhood. In his word, his parents support and care saw him through the hardship.

He was bullied while still young more so now into his career, but he chose to absent his mind from diminishing thought and focus on his goal. He loves expressing his mind and talking with people in similar situations, this has kept him happy and less stressed.

Acosta sees music not only as entertainment but also as a way to express himself. This (expression) was the main reason he chose to follow the path of a rapper. He’s got no vocal voice but can rap, every lyric is his words while Trap House is his voice.

Isaiah picked his parents, Micheal Jackson, Drake, 50 Cent, and Trap House as his role models as he grew up. These are top celebrities in the music world and they are meant to motivate someone who aims high. Isaiah sees himself among top celebrity singers, inspiring the world with his albums.

I tell myself ” I can do it, I will do it or find a way to do it”. Anything in life is possible if you want it.

I would love to leave behind in this world is never judge what the eyes see, to treat people equally. We are all here with the same feelings. We all have a voice and we need to speak up.
