Time flies in its way.

We all are busy with our lives. Even a lazy person is also busy, but how?

The answer is with his laziness!

Have you ever figured out what types of busy you are stuck with?

There are two types of busy:

1. Good Busy

2. Bad Busy

❎ If you are in Bad Busy -

  • You spend a lot of time in unpleasant and reactive mode.
  • You feel disturbed by your activity and surroundings.
  • This busyness seems like a burden to you and
  • You don’t get the motivation to spend time again for this work.

But in Good Busy -

  • You feel optimistic and energetic every day.
  • You enjoy every moment of your busyness.
  • You take all the stress as a challenge and feel confident to go forward.
  • You are focused on your goal so your brain releases dopamine and you work willingly.

Ask these 5 questions to yourself to figure out what type of busy you are in now.

1. Do you feel worried, upset or annoyed about the work you are busy with?

2. Do you spend most of your (80%) day doing things you don’t like?

3. Do you feel scared, anxious or demotivated when you think that you have to do it again tomorrow?

4. Do you spend more time on what others want than what you want?

5. Are you losing your optimism about life?

What’s your answer?

If you got ‘No’ to most of these questions, you will be happy to know that you are staying ‘good busy’. And your aim should be to stay tuned with your busyness.

But if you got ‘Yes’ to most of these questions, you’re most likely staying in ‘bad busy’. So you should move yourself to a Good busy from a Bad busy as soon as possible.

Here are some points on how i have benefited in my life:

✅ How to move Good busy from Bad busy?

1. Identify what types of work you like to do.

2. Be busy with the work that gives you motivation.

3. Change your mind. Create an enjoyable environment in your workplace.

4. Cut unnecessary work from your daily routine.

5. Set your personal goals, stay focused and work forward.

I hope now you find the escape route from annoying Bad busy!
