Are Others Really Responsible for Your Happiness?
A poem on the discovery of joy and love within

The usual routine The conditioned bringing up The restricted patterns The seriousness The blandness
The burdening of responsibilities The dragging of relationships The labeling of liabilities The boxed up living
The headache of another day The stress of timelines The speeding of the biological clock The running of mundane life The expectations of incoming wealth The overload of expenses
Where did life go? Where did the future go? The expectation of the better tomorrow Drained all the vigor Tomorrow never came And all you lost was today Who is at fault?
Was it the upbringing of parents? Or was it a toxic relationship? Was it because of the spouse? Or was it because of your children?
The person living with you is always the culprit Never realizing that you are the one who live with you all the time
Are you imposing your responsibilities on the others? For your happiness For your smiling face For the satisfaction For the life breathing through you
Look within and you will get the answers Happiness or sadness are two sides May be triggered by outside But always residing inside
You may unconsciously live Never knowing that the ripples may come and go But the reality watching Is away from all the drama
The episodes of your life playing out The myriad of emotions and feelings Lie beneath is the calm space Connecting with the infinite
The universal seed within Waiting for its sprouting The loving oneness The free-flowing life kicking
Break free from the transactions of the mind patterns from the restricted society
To uncover the stillness within Allowing the Love an outlet To shine forth and sparkle
Life living itself to the fullest Being here but not being chained Instead of wearing down as day passes, Flower the heart and spread the fragrance of love
The Midas touch of pure love itself transform the other hearts The heartfelt smile and laughter trigger the sleeping masses Providing them with the opportunity to bloom and radiate fully!
