This is the same thing that happened a few months ago that caused the Partner Program to crash. Trying to figure out earnings on Medium is a never-ending riddle. One day is up, and another day is way down. FOM also further complicates things because not all reads are equal.

Despite these inconsistencies, I do have a general idea of how much I should earn each day based on the amount of reads and views. I also keep track of my daily earnings.
