In April, in April My one love came along, And I ran the slope of my high hill To follow a thread of song.

Who knows the continuation to this amazing poem by Dorothy Parker? I thought it fits perfectly with our current springy themes and healing, loving vibes. I haven’t done the prompts since February so my intro may not be that spectacular…but I promise the topics we are approaching this week are!

I’ve had a few very intense days this past week that reinforced how important it is to regulate our own nervous system in times of stress. Whilst I was frustrated that I couldn’t get out of bed because of how ill I felt, I took this opportunity to reflect on my journey thus far. Where am I on this journey right now?

From all this reflection, the following prompts were born:

  • What are you really trying to say?
  • Write about the hard maneuvers you took through chaos to make peace look and feel easy.
  • What is your brilliance?

Pick what resonates, leave the rest! There’s no right or wrong. There just is.

I look forward to reading everyone’s submissions! And stay tuned for Wednesday’s challenge that will be published by Spyder.

Love & gratitude,

Diana C.
