A Polyglot Poem About Anxiety — English and Arabic

Let it all out, this mad feeling draining my life my mind is cracked eye wide open

Waiting for you, to mend my soul light as a bird’s feather it seems anxiety

The damage is done, so it seems calmly causing chaos within panic for you

أخرج كل شيء ، هذا الشعور المجنون أستنزف حياتي عقلي متصدع العين مفتوحة على مصراعيها

أنتظرك ، لأصلح روحي ضوء كالطيور ريشة على ما يبدو القلق

الضرر حدث ، لذا يبدو تسبب بهدوء الفوضى في الداخل الذعر بالنسبة لك

‘akhraj kula shay’ , hadha alshueur almajnun ‘astunzif hayati aqali mutasada aleayn maftuhat ealaa misraeiha

‘antaziruk , li’aslah ruwhii daw’ kaltuyur reshat alaa ma yabdu alqalaq

aldarar hadas , lidha yabdu tasabab bihudu’ alfawdaa fi alddakhil aldhuer balnsbt lak

This poem is a Wasf i.e. Descriptive poem in Arabic poetry describing a state, of a person dealing with Anxiety. A poetic gift given to me from a dear old friend of mine, an old relic much wise and loved.
