Answering

Take all the time. Even if the question is “How are you?”

Sit there and bounce your knee. If the words don’t come, don’t speak.

Silence can be appropriate. And to answer with truth is divine.

Too many words in too mechanical a fashion. Throwaway lines in a commercial for a product you will never buy.

Best to show the individual. Respond before your brain censor’s your heart's intent.

It’s a paradox. It’s a contradiction. Who cares? It’s they who asked you.
