Contest Rules & Guidelines

Writers have one month to submit stories. Eligible stories must be submitted between 7/1/22 and 7/31/22 (by 11:59 pm Pacific Coast time).

Writers may submit more than one story.

Publication editors may submit stories but are not eligible for the judging portion of the contest. This includes any editor within the Suite 1984 umbrella of publications.

The topic is open — but the submission must be a memoir.

Stories must only be in one part.
