Our goal at Kollect is to become the ultimate hub for NFT collectibles and play-to-earn games using licensed IPs and brands. To help achieve our goals, we are delighted to announce that Kollect has partnered up with Yield Guild Games SEA (South East Asia).
YGG SEA aims to scale and bring the play-to-earn concept to millions of gamers found in the region bringing the benefits of blockchain technology to those that need them the most. While most Defi projects gather billions of dollars in total value locked (TVL) from a relatively small number of wealthy people, YGG aim is to help the rest of the world get started with playing games and earning money for their contributions to building the new Metaverse economy.
The Kollect — YGG SEA strategic partnership will help Kollect to build a strong foundation in South East Asia, which many have considered a powerhouse of the GameFi sector. Kollect will also generate synergy with the YGG brand by creating an expanded ecosystem with YGG SEA. Kollect is a gamified collection card platform for any branded IPs. Our Collection Book system Kollect.book has a unique built-in play-to-earn feature, allowing users to strategically stake their cards in different collection books to maximize their rewards. Kollect.book enables flexible gamification of collecting activities. The games published by Kollect through Kollect.game are where users can put their collected NFT cards into real actions. Each of the branded IPs can have their own games and in-game currency. The first game in the Kollect ecosystem will be a play-to-earn battle card game with PvP and PvE combat modes.
