Dear Inner-self,

Thank you for trying to comfort me during the hard times to give me a sense of calm when my heart was beating fast to send positive signals to my brain when everything around was negative. to appreciate my efforts I put into self-development to remind me of funny jokes and cheering me during the upset times.

Thank you, my inner goddess I am just as happy as you are to have each other as buddies as long as I am alive.

You’re the most wonderful company I could ever be with Thank you for enduring so much, and staying with me — ‘’No expectation, No demands’

With lots of love, from your physical form of consciousness

Bhavna.
