An Invitation
I invite you to come along with me
I invite you to come along with me
In hope, you will see what I see
That man’s inhumanness to man
With the help of millions, has gotten out of hand.
I’ve been running for over ten years
It was not because of my fears
When given the strength and energy
Sometimes running is the only way to be free!
Free from the people who look like you
Never caring about the things they do
Not even in our community, no one is free
From their wickedness, we should all flee
Closed in from every angle by your own people
No one is safe not even in their homes
You don't escape their devices of evil
Stalking, and interfering with your will
Who validated electronic torture?
Who is making their fortunes
From people using these covert atrocities
Delivering all kinds of inhumane cruelty
No one notices and no one sees
Many shrug their shoulders in disbelief
And say you’re only lonely
Never look into your plight, your plea
Hopefully, this will never happen to you
It’s a covert crime not, easy to sue
Perps know this and are bold in the shadows
Cowards in the light and in the afterglow
I am not just talking to speak
I am asking for the help I seek
Seeking the freedom we all deserve
DO I HAVE TO SCREAM TO BE HEARD?
