What is this error? Randomly started getting it…I’ve been using this account for a while now it is not brand new so why has this randomly started occurring? Also this account was created as part of an organization so there’s no new credit card to validate?

Also, when I call CloudFormation to update an account with no changes, why would that “update” the account?

Aha….I had a typo in my account name. I need to change my deployments to prevent this issue in the future. I wrote about that here:

This error stems from provisioning not being immediately available in a brand new AWS account. As others stated in posts I read about this message, it could be clearer.
