An Encouraging Message To All Writers From My Spirit Guides

I tried channeling and here’s what came through…

A beautiful Medium writer, Anne Bellamy, inspired me to channel messages from my Spirit Guides. She wrote an article that spoke to a process of how to connect with them (check out her article linked below!). It seemed simple enough, so I tried it.

She instructed to meditate, ask a question, and then write whatever comes through.

Truth is, I’ve wanted to channel for a long time but I never felt “good enough,” “spiritual enough,” etc. My insecurities held me back and frankly, I was over it. I decided to give it a try because I had nothing to lose.

After meditating, I took out my journal and asked my guides a question. At this particular time, I was grappling with some insecure thoughts and I asked my guides if it made sense for me to keep writing even though I felt no one was reading it.

This is what my guides had to say:

“Thank you for asking us that question. It is not a matter of if you should write, for you must. It’s not up to you if others see it. We will take care of that.

Your job is to put the work out there. It helps people in more ways than you know. You cannot see the ripple effects, only we can. You must share your light with this world. It’s why you are here.

All of you are here at this time to elevate our consciousness and spread light and love through your gifts. Don’t stop doing something you enjoy because you feel others don’t see it. That’s not the point. It never was.

Writing lights you up, so you must do it. It’s that simple. Keep going. We are with you.”

I read the message I had written and I was surprised by it. It was something I needed to hear and it felt full of love.

I wanted to share it with you in case you also need this reminder.

I also decided to ask my guides if they had a universal message for all writers and artists. Here is the message that came through:

“You must do your craft and share it with the world. Even if you feel it isn’t good enough or seen or validated by enough people.

You were given gifts before you came here to help heal the world. You must forget your insecurities and do your craft. Wake up and do what lights you from within.

Never forget why you are truly here. Your art lights the world. It creates a beacon for others to follow. Your light illuminates others’ light just by being in your presence.

So often you can get lost in your egos. You must persevere. Your gifts are unique, special, and divinely given.

It is your birthright to share them. Guide others to their gifts by simply living yours.”

I’m rooting for all my fellow writers and sending you all love. A special thanks to Anne for sharing her light in this world and teaching others how to connect to their guides.

I encourage you to try it as well and see what comes to you!
